Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Drop-IQ (the "Service"), a product research and supplier intelligence platform for Shopify store owners. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.

Drop-IQ provides:

• Product research across supplier catalogs (CJ Dropshipping, AliExpress, Temu, AutoDS, TopDawg, Zopi),
• A formula builder and Winning Product Score (WPS) engine to rank products,
• Inventory monitoring with low/out-of-stock alerts and Shopify stock syncing,
• Competitor store tracking with price and stock change alerts,
• Analytics, niche discovery, and saved shortlists.

Scores, suggestions, and analytics are decision-support tools, not guarantees of sales or profit. You are responsible for the products you choose to sell.

You need an account to use most features. Sign up with email and password or with Google. Keep your credentials confidential and your email current. One account per person; you may not share or resell access. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to subscribe.

• Free plan. Full feature access for your first 10 saved products. After that, gated features lock until you upgrade; a short grace period applies.
• Paid plans. Billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice before your next renewal.
• Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the current billing period.
• Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep paid access until then.
• Failed payments. If a renewal fails, your access continues while Stripe retries the payment. If the subscription becomes unpaid or is canceled, your plan reverts to Free.
• Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; cancel any time to stop future charges.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, deceptive, or infringing,
• Scan or submit URLs you have no legitimate reason to analyze, or target non-public or access-controlled pages with the competitor spy,
• Abuse supplier APIs through the Service, exceed fair-use request volumes, or attempt to bypass plan limits or access controls,
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or interfere with other users,
• Misrepresent Drop-IQ output as a guarantee of product performance.

The Service depends on third parties: Shopify (store connection), supplier APIs (catalogs, pricing, stock), Stripe (payments), and Google Analytics (usage measurement). Product data — prices, margins, trends, stock levels — comes from those third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We are not responsible for third-party availability, pricing errors, or fulfillment outcomes; always verify supplier details before listing a product.

You own your data: formulas, shortlists, watchlists, and configurations. We own the Service itself — the software, design, and scoring tooling. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process your data to operate the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drop-IQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost sales, or inventory decisions — arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page and request account deletion by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling after deletion follows the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date and, where significant, announced by email. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Drop-IQ is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: support@drop-iq.net.
